Sales associate seemed too busy. Didn’t appear to be engaged in sale. Was ok, somewhat friendly, but not overly helpful. This is a busy season, I understand but this is retail and it is Christmas season.

My sales associate did not share with me, that waiting 1 day, that I could take part in the free bangle when spending $125. I came to store willing to drop some cash, I will probably go elsewhere now when buying charms.

Knew what ring we wanted when we walked in. Had to try on several rings because the associate didn't have a ring sizer. (What kind of jewelry store doesn't have a ring sizer?) Then the associate could not find the correct size ring. Finally another associate overheard and stepped in to locate what we needed. Took longer than it should have for a simple purchase.

We had one employee helping when another came up and just stood there until the first employee announced she HAD to leave and the second employee would continue with our visit. Sad. We were almost finished. The first employee was very nice and did all the leg work. The Second one could have cared less about us..just did lip service and wanted us to purchase 2 items. Then when I asked if they worked on commission she said ‘oh, very little..’ and proceeded to walk away.

The sales associates acted like they were busy when they were not. Several of them were standing in a corner laughing and speaking among themselves when customers needed help. I had two associates look right at me and offer no help. The salesperson that finally helped me finished up with the person I was standing next too. She could see I was not being waited on. She was very helpful and pleasant. I have shopped here on numerous occasions and was very disappointed.

Customer service is not great. Associates are too busy to provide a great experience. I buy for the product and try to buy online as much as possible to avoid going in the store.

The sales associate did not share the information about spending $100 to get a free ring or earrings set. The sales associate also did not share about the different styles of mosaic swirls on the family charm. Our card was also swiped twice due to the card machine not working properly and we were told to check our transaction statement on our Pandora Card to verify that we only paid once.
