I felt rushed, I told the clerk I looked up the braclete I was looking for online and wanted to purchase it. She hardly asked if I planned on adding charms to it and checked me out right away. On my next visit to buy my first charm I was told about the clips and the chains to keep from losing charms and the clerk who was helping me seemed baffled why no one told me about this on my first visit or why I didn't get a booklet with my first purchase. Totally night and day difference.

I ask her to show me a differed bracelet in the same style because the bracelet that she has showed me wasn’t a flexible like the other one that I purchased and she didn’t want to look for another one

The ring I purchased online was not inventoried at all the stores. Needed a different size so was unable to exchange it. Wasted trip

The experience was satisfactory however, my bracelet keeps loosening up and is too heavy, especially since I only have 2 charms on it. I will be returning it within the next couple of days.

Sales girl didn't look clean/showered. No make up. Hair messy. Dressed in a tee shirt that looked like she slept in it

Masks were required to shop in the store, absolutely ridiculous! Cleaning of jewelry was not available due to corona virus.....🤦🏻‍♀️

I was excited to purchase the necklace I've had my eye on. Angie,the manager, was present and very attentive assisting my sales rep. My rep began to give ideas to build my necklace, I then had no complaints.

This was my first time visiting a Pandora store. My boyfriend wanted to buy me a charm bracelet. The charm bracelet that I picked out was sold out. So I had to either wait for Ft. Wayne Pandora to order more of that certain bracelet or choose another bracelet. I chose to pick another bracelet bc I personally didn’t want to wait a week. Being that the bracelet was for my Birthday. The point being I personally thought since they were sold out of the bracelet that I chose. That Pandora could have offered a percentage off. I was happy that Pandora had the charm that my boyfriend and I choose together for my Birthday. Thanks for listening to my concern...

I purchased the luminous love knot ring in August of 2017 and I have had it exchange 3 times since then for the top on the pearl chipping off of it. I loved the ring and so I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and just seeing if it was just one ring but after the 3rd one chipped I decided it was enough but the staff at the store did a great job of helping me find a different ring I loved just as much
