I just felt that the sales associates could of been more enthusiastic. Maybe smiled more and acted like they wanted to be there.

I didn't have my Pandora credit card with me and the girl who is my cashier said that she could not find my information? So I ended up having to use my credit card from another company I don't understand what the issue was Considering I had my driver's license and all my information?

I was rushed to make the initial purchase, I paid and left. When I was leaving the mall, I realized i was charged for an extra item. I went back to the store, the sales associate was very rude and standoffish. I was told by another employee, ‘these things happen’. I totally understand accidents happen, what I wasn’t impressed with was how I was treated like I was inconveniencing the sales associate by telling her I was over charged. She didn’t even apologize until I was leaving, and I got an insincere ‘sorry about that’. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I have bought probably close to 20 rings from you guys becuase you have always been good about replacing your products when they have issues with them shortly after buying them. I was at your fort wayne indiana store yesterday in glenbrook mall and the lady who was helping me was not very helpful and was not understanding my request. I explained to her i have always brought my rings back that were broke/ruined if i had recently brought them and they have ALWAYS without question just replaced it. She was in no way willing to do so. I even bought a different NEW ring thinking if i made a purchase you guys would realize your product did not hold up like it was suppose to and offer me a replacement for it. I will no longer purchase rings from you guys unless this can be resolved. I consider myself a great customer to your business but ONLY if you guys will stand behind your products. I hope we can resolve the issue

The display of the item I purchased stated one price. When I went to purchase it the clerk stated it was higher then the display stated. When I questioned it, she did not offer any explanation.

t seems that at this particular store I need to be wearing my Sunday best. I feel that some of your associates surely judge the book by its cover. Not sure if the associate was 100% comfortable helping me and my daughter. I’m just glad I was able to buy what my daughter wanted for one of her bracelets.

the first associate I dealt with didn't seem very interested in helping me further after I picked up what I had on hold. I had to get help from another associate who was absolutely fantastic and VERY helpful which made me decide to purchase even more items

I enjoyed my experience at Pandora. The associate who assisted me was knowledgable and friendly. She did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't want or signing up for anything extra beyond the Pandora membership. I was satisfied with the selection of jewelry and found what I was looking for quickly and within my price range.
