I went in looking for a charm for my sister’s birthday. I explained to the associate for who the gift was for and what price range I wanted to stay in. The associate Megan W at the Glenbrook mall in Fort Wayne,IN was zero help. She didn’t give me any feedback on options as to what charms the had to would be in my price range, until I would ask for a specific charm. I expected her to show me charms that she thought would look good after showing her a pics of what charms my sister already had and she had zero to say. Very disappointed with her customer service.

The sale associate was very rude. As if she didn’t wanna help assist us due to our Race. She was very rude on the questions we had that she sold my 12 year old daughter a ring to big. I’ve never experienced that type of treatment in a Pandora store before. Due to the sale associate body language and the her telling my Daughter they don’t make a ring in her size when I came home and found the ring online on the Pandora site in her size she could’ve easily said ma’am you can order this ring online since the story doesn’t have a size 8.5/8 available instead she sold my daughter a size 10 ring which is extremely to big.

Gisella was very rude and did not want to attend my husband and I. Normally when we go in someone always greets us with a smile but not this time. We knew exactly what we wanted and she made it longer than it needed to be. When I paid cash she made the nastiest faces at me. She was just overall very rude. If it wasn’t because I needed what I purchased for a gift I wouldn’t have purchased anything because of her attitude.

I was not able to exchange a charm because it has been over 30 days. Due to Covid and other reasons I was not able to bring the item back within 30 days. Every other company/store modified their policy due to Covid and would have performed an exchange out of courtesy to the customer but this store did not which was disappointing.

This was my first time visiting pandora. I purchased a gift. While paying for my purchase, I notice the price was higher. I asked the associate and she advises me that the charm I selected was $5 more and was put in the wrong place. So, instead of $25, it was actually $30. I advise her that at what point was she going to tell me instead of charging me. She had no response. I asked for the manager to see if the price on the display could be honored since that what I was originally told and advertised and she advises me that there was no manager on that day. I purchased my bracelet and 1 charm. I think it is poor customer service to advertise one thing and sell it at another price and not alert the customer. No apology was given. I was very surprised by this action and felt that this experience should be shared so no other customer can have this happen to them.

This is the 2nd time visiting a Pandora store where I’ve been treated like a 2nd class citizen or thief. You need to hire employees who don’t stereotype other races or people they view different from them. My money is green just like anyone else, but these employees look right past you. The employees were so dismissive and paranoid about me stealing merchandise. It was very insulting.
