I left my bracelet to be cleaned at the Brickell City Centre location some time ago. My father was diagnosed with cancer and I had to leave the country for some time. As you may imagine, my mind is not in the right place. Upon returning and checking my jewelry box-I realized I left my pandora bracelet being cleaned at the store and never picked it up. I called the store and there was no record of my bracelet and it was not in the safe. I tried calling the South Beach store which is a corporate store and they told me there was nothing that can be done for me and that she had her hands toes and the store I had went to was a franchise. After receiving the devastating news, I began to cry-all while still at Brickell store. They helped me by giving me a special discount and I was able to have a bracket again. Angel, Camila, and Angelica were angels!

The sales associate was really patience and took her time to help me to find a nice gift for my mom.
