The service I experienced at the Pandora store in Brickell City Centre was very outstanding! I was having an issue with an item I had received as a gift and the sales associate (Arlyn) and the manager (did not get her name) were very helpful and understanding and patient, they helped me resolve my issue with amazing costumer service!

Different charms are available. The charms are a great gift. I purchased more than what I went in for.
