The store was in a bright and central location in the outside mall. We were greeted by a spanish speaking person. We told her we don't speak spanish she left and immediately a person who spoke English asked if she could help us. We just stepped in the store because it looked appealing, but after talking to the associate we ended up making a $100 purchase. The associated was extremely knowledgeable, kind and very professional. We would go to the store, unfortunately we live 50 miles away.

The staff was extremely courteous and kind at Brickell City Center in Miami, FL. They helped my friend and I get the perfect birthday gift for a very special friend of ours. One of them even took the time to design an engraved pendant for us. The amount of detail and love that she put into it was simply heart warming.
