Alondra helped my fiancee and me on Sunday, my fiancee bought the same item I already bought her for her birthday. I went in on Tuesday, Alondra was there again, I didn't need to explain or spend extra time, she knew exactly what was going on and helped me find a new gift for her birthday and upsell me on a few more items to give her for her birthday. She definitely provided exceptional customer service and experience to help me through this situation. She definitely set a great expectation of experience when going to Pandora and I hope, each time visiting can be a similar experience.
