This whole experience was great. I have been buying things from pandora since 2015 , but this was something else. They were so nice to me and my husband. They gave us recommendations on new launches, and help me see how to proper clean my jewelry. We usually don't go to this store because is near our work and not our home, but we will definitely come back. They made us feel like a value customer, and interested in what we were looking for, and giving us options. They remembered my husband from when he bought my birthday gift. It is very nice to feel remembered. Heidy and her manager were awesome, smiling and just happy, which made me happy too.
