Customer service was super friendly. (Luz was her name) I visited the new store down in Brickell City Centre. The 40% off sale was everything! :)

The customer service at the Brickell City Center is quite high. The staff members are very willing to assist even if it takes some time.

My sales associate, Luz, made all the difference in this visit. She was friendly, professional, intelligent and knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to deal with. She explained the aesthetics and the functions of clips and safety devices, and sold them to me, in a helpful manner so that I could best enjoy the purchases (and gifts.) I would return to this store to have the pleasure of dealing with her.

Salesperson Luz was friendly,smiled and high knowledgeable in the products and also informed me of a different way to clean my bracelet until I got back to NC and could get it done here.I went to store near closing is the only reason not cleaned there.
