The store was packed and I had to wait about an hour before being served. Maybe next time hand out books so that people know what they will order instead of having others who already know what they are coming for wait.

My service experience was not good because the lady who served me was not working properly in order to show me what I needed

They did not change my bracelet that’s very big for me. I went to the store before 30 days after the shopping and they do not have my bracelet in the store. Then they did not want to change because the time expired

The associate was very nice but new and getting the hang of things. I didn’t feel like I had a lot to choose from and felt rushed to buy.

I was visiting from out of town. I am not from Miami. I was satisfied with my visit.

You have no seating for handicap . And alot of stuff you didn't have .
