My receipt shows a return without receipt. This is false. I didn’t return anything. The sales associate changed the size of my braclet and that’s it.

because the separator of the bracelet that I bought was damaged, and I found out later when I was at home.

My sales associate was not friendly at all. Seemed like she didn’t care much for her job and helping guests was a bother to her. She didn’t try to sell at all so I walked out buying only one charm.

The miss wasn’t so nice.
