I interested in purchasing a ring which the store didn’t have in my size. When I inquired about ordering it, I was told that it wasn’t possible Bc they don’t know what stock is available. I think I should be able to order things not available in the store.

1. I just read the receipt and can't believe you have a selective return policy - refund in original form only at original store - you can bet I will share that with my coworkers! 2. I selected three rings after being told about the sale starting tomorrow - none of them are part of the sale. 3. I am rarely highly satisfied in any sales experience unless I feel someone has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best price for something. Since i can get discounts in other retail shops in BCC, they will be my first choice for shopping. Thank you for asking for my comments!

I had a bracelet and the latch broke. Because it wasn't on the warranty period any longer, Pandora doesn't fix the latch. I find it wasteful. I didn't mind paying for the fix, but it simply isn't an option. So my old silver bracelet will essentially go to the trash. Maybe Pandora could create a trade-in system for cases such as this one. Maybe offer a $15 credit or the like for returning broken pieces. The silver itself holds its value. I had to buy a new bracelet so that my 13 pendants didn't go to waste.

The salesclerk had a hard time understanding English. She also didn't speak English that well. She had to keep asking for assistance from another employee that understood English.
