Before I pay the sales rep , when to the manager to show what I bought, is not my first time visiting that store , That make me feel really uncomfortable, I ask her why she has to show her , and her respond was that is a policy of pandora to show the manager what the client take , but that doesn’t happens last week when I went to purshase , I feel humiliated.

I received a bracelet at December and it's the second time that it broke and I had to replace it. they said they couldn't fix or replace it, that it wasn't from Pandora store (it was) and that they don't have the same bracelet and I have to go to another store, 45 minutes drive away. after talking to them they agreed to exchange the bracelet.

The worker who was with us kept showing me random rings i didn’t want after i already picked what i wanted. i told her those are not my style and she told me to calm down

I was offered a 10% discount on my first purchase if I signed with my email. I did and went to the store at Brickell center in Miami. Bought a $65 bracelet but they refused to offer the 10% because they said it was ONLY offered online. I felt like an idiot, as nowhere on the original email offer said 10% off on your next ONLINE purchase!!

Mi compra fue en la tienda ubicada en BRICKELL CENTER, quizás porque visite la tienda poco tiempo antes que cerraran, dos de las empleadas demasiadas apresuradas, súper groseras al decirme tenemos que irnos a las 9:50 porfavor necesito te apures, ósea aparte que van a ganar porcentaje por mi compra fueron demasiado pesada! Al menos tengo claro que a esa tienda no volveré.

I was very happy to for once find what I was looking for in this pandora store as I visit often but don’t always find what I go to look for. The charm I purchased was great, the prices were great, the store quality was great but, the sales person was not great. My boyfriend was the one picking out and purchasing the charm so when our first option wasn’t available he asked the lady for the book and she handed it to him with attitude. She seemed bothered that he spent 3 minutes (more or less) looking at the booklet and that she had to go search for a charm. When we were paying she kept putting in my phone number wrong and was extremely bothered when we tried to help her. She gave us a lot of attitude and was for the most part just really mad at anything we did. Usually the ladies here are nice but she was extremely rude and had no name tag for me to offer you her name. I’m happy with my charm but, I will not return to a place where I am treated bad for absolutely no reason.

It took a while for me to receive service (7 minutes aprox) and was not even greeted during that time (I was completely ignored). After that, service was ok...

Disinterest in service. I just was not in another Pandora because i would not have enough time. Because i have time, would stop buying because of poor service.
