I has always bought in Pandora’s around the word, specially in Europe, but I have never saw such an unpleasant attitude towards a client as this Brickell Centre Pandora attendant. We knew what we wanted. We asked for name. And we even knew the price. That’s tells you how frecuent Pandora customers we are. Even though we were the only customers around she appeared to be in a rush and never gave us a single smile. Truly hope this will be our last bad experience. Otherwise there is always a Thomas Sabo around That’s how mad I am

The staff was very careless of the presence of the customer. Didn't feel welcomed.

The manager needs an appreciation of foreign buyers and methods of payment so as not to confuse the buyer and take the shine off a potential purchase.

One of the saler told me that the Christmas cellections not including in promotion but the other store do!

The staff weren’t personable no personality or tried to engage in conversation even after I engaged a lot with the sales person. Most likely will just purchase online from now on if I need anything. The only thing I don’t like is that I normally find better charms at the stores I visit. It’s most likely just this store. Now I know.

Being a Military Veteran I like to use my benefits after serving my country and was not allowed to use it at this location. I've used it before on every occasion. My 5th bracelets over 50 charms. I felt as a loyal customer my needs weren't met.

The sales person didn’t know much about the products on sale and wasn’t really helpful when I asked to see more pieces

I did not feel welcomed. Associates made me feel uncomfortable. Was not friendly nor greeted with smiles. It’s unlikely I’ll visit this store again

I didn't like the fact that I had to stand outside in the heat. The manager showed no concern what so ever. She look me dead in my eyes and turned her head.
