The sales associates were too busy doing other things to help customers. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes until finally I went over to the desk and asked if anyone was available. They had no idea customers were in the store.

poor customer service. the supervisor was kind of rude to customers and employees. the store is very small and even if there were few people is was unconfortable. the selection of merchandise is poor as well but honestly the worst part was how the supervisor acted in general to me and to others

Was the first time I almost gone without purchasing something and i spent a lot of time trying to made a good bracelet for mu mom. The assistance was poor and didn’t show what I was expecting or asking for, poor patience and I didn’t feel like she would like to selling more than what already had. At the end after a brief discussion and talking about it with her cause she said to me to look in internet and then tell her what I would like to purchase, I was really mad cause in that case I can purchase online but I want to see the final result for my mom that’s the whole point to go and buy in a store. At the end she finally help as was expected, I spent more than an hour or more in this Pandora and the last 10 minutes where the good ones.

I went inside the store happy to buy and while inside my boyfriend and I were getting discriminated because we were black. They spoke in Spanish and they assumed that we were trying to do fraud using a credit card , not knowing that my boyfriend spoke Spanish as well, but we were trying to pay cash the whole time.

When we got on to the store it took the associate several minutes to approach us and you could feel the few interest that she had in selling or in upselling in a few words she did not seem aproachable

The service associate wasn’t very helpful. She pretended me to choose what I wanted from a catalogue. I went for a necklace I wanted to buy for a present but since she refused to show me some charms I decided not to purchase anything else in this store. Additionally, she had no knowledge about the products she was selling. I’ve been to other Pandora stores before and I know the service can be better.

First of all, they did say hi , how are you..., and also also their faces was like ugly faces all the time, so is was a bad customer service for me, and I give to the lady mi birthday discount, and she didn’t say happy birthday

At this location the person who gifted me the pandora purchase the bracelet here with the lock the associate sold them the wrong lock for the charms so the lack of knowleged, we went back to exchange it for th correct one and the firts associate told us it had a 30% off then that no it didnt so there is clearly lack of training and poor management

Las vendedoras no fueron cordiales ni serviciales. Entre ellas comentaban que querían apurar la venta para irse a comer porque tenían hambre. No tuvieron un buen trato e ignoraban mis preguntas.
