I bought two bracelets by nearly 600 $ as gifts, and I didn't take boxes and no gift packaging as expected, I visited the shop three times, and they said no boxes available. last time 18 oct 2018, they gave me small necklaces' boxes without any gift packaging. the employees so friendly but I didn't like the services of this pandora shop

I felt that the sales associate was a bit rude. Not very approachable. I asked about a few other pieces of jewelry and the sales associate said they were out of stock. She did not recommend anything close to what I was looking for. I did purchase a pair of earrings from the store. I felt the sales associate might need a bit more training on customer service.

I went to the store to exchange a pandora bracelet I got as a graduation gift for one or more charms. The sales associate was really nice and helpful but the manager was anything but. This was my first experience in Pandora and I was incredibly shocked at the derogatory look the manager gave me and my mom when the sales associate explained I wanted to exchange my bracelet. She also demanded to get my full information for an exchange and said that she didn't have to accept my exchange. I am not the type of people that complain or give negative feedback but no one should feel the way that manager made me and my mom feel.

One of the charms (Rudolph) on my daughter’s bracelets seems to be somewhat stripped making it difficult to remove. The associate told me there was nothing they could do. When I explained once before (at another location) they helped me with something smilar they told Me I would have to go to that store because that’s not covered under warranted. Confused, I went to the pandora website & it states if this happens to bring it to the store & they can send it for repair. I am not sure what happened here but it just seems like they didn’t want to be very helpful.

I bought it with enough frequency in this store but I was badly attended twice by the manager Yusmady besides that in my last purchase there was a gift where I warned her more than once, she simply did not put the exchange paper causing me an inconvenience. I returned to the store and was informed that there was no longer the possibility of obtaining the coupon. In summary I will not be back in this store while the same manage the place.

I experienced a level of racism that I didn’t think possible in a store located in Brickell mall. The associate helping me (Amaya) was great but the assistant manager literally went straight to door once it was only black people shopping in the store and held it as if we were going to steal. She then proceeded to watch the sales associate’s every move not wanting her to even pull the items out of the case. She had to announce what she was taking out, had I not needed to replace my daughters earrings I wouldn’t have purchased anything. It is truly unacceptable behavior.

The customer service, was terrible at this pandora, at Brickell city center, the customer service personnel couldn't count, my bill came to 149.49 I gave the customer service personnel 200.49 in cash I was suppose to get 51.00 change back, they keep returning, the items, reminding them back up, I asked for my money back, and left the store.

I asked the sales person for one item and she gave me what she wanted. I told her that that wasn’t what I wanted but she didn’t care. At the end I was running out of time so I paid and I realized she sold me one piece I didn’t ask for.

I walked in the store knowing exactly what I wanted and that the store had stock. The employee did not have a clue of what I was asking for ( had to show him on the website) then they made me wait 30 mins between the time they found the item and the time I made the payment because they could not find the barcode. The employee was more focus on the music in the store than my frustration. They kept telling me: please give me one second ! ( told me that 4 times within half hour!) very disappointing attitude. They made me feel I was a difficult customer while I believe I was very patient. If I did not need that gem for wife for a very special occasion, I would have walk out after 10 mins.
