I bought a bracelet and a clip on 12/12 at Pandora Aventura Mall in Fl. I came to purchase a few charms at Pandora Brickell and Denise the supervisor was very mean, she said the charm was too dirty for me to exchange it even though she saw it was obviously the incorrect clip they sold me. I only had the clip for 4 days and she refused to exchange it for the correct one! I was soo embarrassed as she kept saying its dirty it's dirty, I'll never go back here
