I felt that the sales representative and manager were not familiar with the merchandise. I felt discriminated like if I couldn’t afford the merchandise I used to go to this store in Brickell because it was friendly and they used to be super friendly but in this day they apparently have change the managers and sales representatives but I was disappointed and insulted.

When the sales person asked for my personal info including my email, I specifically stressed to them that I did not want to receive emails. As you can see now I have gotten an email from your company. Please stop sending emails to me Thank you

The store sales was very rude and that made the whole experience bas

I’ve been purchasing from Pandora for more than four years. This purchase experience was horrible. And this would be the last time I visited Pandora. 1. When we entered the store, we didn’t received any greeting from any staff in the store. We were ignored for about 15 minutes until we called for attention for three times. 2. Later, the sales lady Luz J came to us. But she was holding a cold porker face to us all the time. I spent less than 10 minutes selecting my charms. I don’t think this period was so long to make a sales representative annoyed. 3. When I took out my card to pay, Luz J finally gave me a smile. I purchased four charm for $161. But Luz J gave me a dirty bag to carry the charms I bought. The bag was obviously a used one because the fabric pilling from fraction is severe and the little white bag already turned grey. When I said I want a box, she refused me with nonsense reasons. I never expect an extremely warm welcome from a busy city center store. But I think respect for customer is the bottom line. Unfortunately, Pandora at Brickell don't have it. This was definitely the most unpleasant and disappointing experience I ever had. And I won't come back again.
