The store was very clean. Nia was great at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly.

Sherine went above and beyond to help me reorganize and design several bracelets. She had helpful suggestions and was very patient and did not try to rush me as I made my selections. She helped me exchange a bracelet for a bigger size and helped me to finish 3 bracelets that I was very happy with. She was the most helpful person I've met at a Pandora store.

Customer service was awesome overall. I wasn’t rushed to buy anything. It was very pleasant and comfortable. I will continue coming back to this location.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this Pandora, because 1.) the sales associates were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful 2.) they helped us pick out the perfect ring and charm we were looking for without a sense of urgency. The only issue is that I will not be returning to this Pandora within the next 90 days only due to living out of town and being there for only a weekend.

Love Pandora! The associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. I only wish this location always had what I was looking for. I have had to search to other locations when what I wanted was not available.
