Sherine was super helpful during my visit. I came in with a idea, told her what I was looking for and she helped me set it up so I could see it im person. One of items I was looking at was for a different setup, so she helped me pick something else out that ended up being even better than what I wanted. She helped me pick out the correct size chain as well. All in all Sherine is an excellent employee, she is super nice, super helpful and very knowledgeable with items and styles.

I had received a mom’s bracelet for Christmas from my son. I thought it was too tight but the sales representative informed me it was the correct size. She told me the bracelet is always stiff when new and she went ahead and made it less stiff using a polishing cloth. The bracelet feels much better and this was the present of the year! I am so happy!
