We shopped on Christmas Eve and there was a line outside the store. I started to leave but my Hubby said no let's wait..The line moved so quickly I was amazed! I was getting a starter bracelet and charms. Even though they were super busy the sales girl was awesome, she didn't rush me and was very helpful when I changed my mind about one charm she had already put on the bracelet. Inside she may have been thinking..hurry up..BUT..she sure didn't show it! Super great service and I adore my new bracelet!!!

Among the rest of the last minutes shoppers for Christmas .Was upset about having to wait in line but well worth the wait .Would be amassing if you all told us what charms you were out of prior to waiting in line .The sales associate took her time to help me find a replacement .

The store was very organized and there was a sign in sheet so I knew when I would be served. I did not have to wait very long and was very pleased with the knowledge of the sales lead, Amanda. Great experience.

My children purchased a gift for me for Christmas. They used their money they received for Christmas to purchase the gift. They were treated with as much respect as any other customer in the store. They did their research prior to their shopping visit and knew exactly what they wanted.
