The salesperson was polite and offered great advice and helped me with comparisons between certain pieces. I was seen quickly. Checkout was fast.

Every time I've been to pandora the associates are always helpful. And if there was something that I was looking for and could not find they would see if another store had it and get it for me. And once again the Ladies are really nice and have never been rude or disrespectful.

The sales associate was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. This was my first time in Pandora and alot of choices to make. It's a unique product and the costs are within reason. Even the kids can buy a special, meaningful piece to add.

My daughter had purchased a bracelet for my wife last year for Christmas and it was too small, and we forgot about it until this week. I went to see if it was possible to exchange it for a larger size. I’m in retail and figured the answer would be no, which I would have totally been ok with. The sale associate Abby told me to wait a minute and went spoke the the Store Manager Lindsey Knopf, and to my surprise they offered to exchange it for me! I was very impressed with the level of Customer Service I was given. I am an Assistant Store Manager for Home Depot and I wish I had a store full of Abby’s and Lindsey’s. Thank you

I knew which items I wanted, but didn't know the 'offical' names. I described to saleslady, and she immediately know what I wanted. I was on a quick shopping trip, and her help expedited the experience - so I will be back.
