I purchased a bracelet, but also brought a problem concerning a shipment from Pandora.net. I was not satisfied with the answer I received by calling the number connected with the site. My salesperson, Megan, was VERY helpful. She took extra time to call and received much better service than I did when I called! I appreciate so much the fact that she was willing to do all this for me during this very busy season! Megan is a keeper!!

I had my grandson with me and its hard to shop with him. so Caitlin d got my purchased together for me . and all I had to do saw sign. she was very helpful and I will be back to see her. preferred customer need to be contacted!
