Rou was an outstanding sales associate and helped me a lot with my first Pandora purchase. The store was very crowded for Black Friday shopping, but the customers and line was well managed. All sales associates were friendly and helpful.

I was needing a christmas gift for my mother and I thought Pandora would be perfect to get something from there. All the sales associates were super helpful since i had trouble trying to find a perfect gift for my mom. Everything and everyone was so great!

I called to check availability on the items for which I was looking. The associate, Abby was very helpful and when I asked if she could hold the items she agreed. When I got to the store the next morning I was able to make the purchase as well as check out a couple of other things and be on my way quickly. Kait helped me in the store that morning and was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and never had any issues. The employees are always nice and helpful. I shop here multiple times a year.
