The service rep was very professional and welcoming . She knew the items and suggested items for me . I don’t remember her name but she was amazing .

The sales associate I had at Pandora (Kennesaw) was super helpful and so sweet. She cleaned my bracelet and charms, replaced two damaged ones and helped me select new ones. 10 out 10 service.

I went into the store looking for an item that the website said was in stock there. When I arrived, I was told the item was not available but Jamie offered to check another store for me and call me if it was available. She also patiently spent time with me as I made selections of charms to add to my bracelet. She was very nice and extremely professional.

Kierra was very helpful during our visit. We had an amazing experience with how amazing her customer service skills were. There was no wait she helped us right away and got what we needed. I’d be looking at her for a promotion in a leadership position.

The sales associate helps me to find the right option and additional gifts. Very kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of time. I would certainly go back and buy aging if she is there.

Marianne was very friendly & helpful. She got me everything I went in for & more. She even took care of an issue I was having with my other bracelet. She also taught me a few things I did not know about the bracelet & charms & how to get the best wear out of your jewelry. This was the first time actually going into a Pandora store to purchase my pandora. I usually buy online or go to a local jewelry stores that carries Pandora. Never again! The difference experience you receive at an actual Pandora store is so much better.
