As soon as I walked in the sales representative made me feel welcome. I came in for a simple cleaning of my bracelet and she didn’t seem bothered that I wasn’t going to purchase anything but in the end I bought three more items for my bracelet. Two spacers and one little dangle dog charm.

Ashley was very patient with my first time purchase. It was my birthday and I left fully satisfied with my purchase. Charms are expensive but you get what you pay for. Only downside was the store temperature it was hot and a little uncomfortable but that's out of Ashleys control. Thank you again and I'll definitely be back since I work in the mall.
