Some of the charms purchased were high priced for their size. Beautiful pieces just a little on the pricey side.

Had to return item because the detail was sooooo tiny. Could only exchange when i used Klara and didn't know that

Great customer service

The service was good. The product was good. The store was clean. But you need to do all you can to at least have 6 to 7 sales persons there coming up to major holidays, this will increase your sales, and put a number taking machine in there so that customers that are next don't get looked over.

I just love Pandora products and I always get great service, even if I have to wait in line for it. This time, when I arrived, the store was empty, a person immediately attended to me, but then more people entered and she served 3 more consumers during my service.
