I was not greeted upon entrance nor acknowledged. I had to get the attention of an associate to assist me with my purchase. Last, the bangle options were limited. I settled with the bracelet that I purchased.

Cameron was such an amazing sales associate, he had product knowledge which helped me out to choose a good charm for a friend.

not a lot of choices to pick from. Ive been ordering online the past few years but i mssed going to the store so thought id try it today. i was surprised how limited of stock there is...but since there i still bought a few pieces. also we get military discount which im not able to online but wanted to use that today. online it states it is a 10% discount. she only gave us $3.00 off!!! WHY was that... thats not even 5%!! so im gonna have to call the store in the morn. i just had a major major surgery and cant hardly walk and it was enough to get out today so ill probably loose out if there is an adjustment. i hate this and was disappointed by the selection making it hard to pick something and now the not correct % discount....more disappointing

At least three of the items was either sold out or not available

I thought the associate would put said merchandise on me, but with her not putting it on me, the merchandise proceeded to slip out of my bag without me knowing. But she did give me another though she thought I was trying to get over on her.
