The associate wasn’t too friendly. I was trying to exchange a bracelet that has the dangling closure. It doesn’t stay closed and all I wanted was to swap it out. It was visible that it was still in new condition. But she trying to make a sale not an exchange. I left unsatisfied and a $79 purchase that I shouldn’t have made.

I was able to get good help. I was also able get what I was looking for. They had a good selection on charms for my daughter.

The product is not the best quality & I had to return it for an even exchange. The color turns t ok black & the clasps is weak. Pandora needs to improve the quality for the price we pay.

The 3 associates were all busy and it took more than 20 mins just for someone to talk to me. The store was too small and crowded. And the price of ring was too high.

I was not highly satisfied due to the lack of quantity of charms of the new 2022 spring charm collection sent to my nearest pandora store..I REALLY wanted the new pink caterpillar charm. .i was going to buy three, but the sales associate said they were only sent FOUR....F O U R...and they sold fast..for a NEW COLLECTION that is newly released?? More should be sent of each charm. I live an hour away from my nearest pandora store, so that was somewhat upsetting. Please send more next time!!

Huge lines. Long wait. Incredibly frustrated how few charms can be held at a time. Difficult to access what things look like under glass!
