felt like we were being overlooked by some some of the staff. others were helped before us that came in after us. selection displayed was picked over. once we were helped we had good service.

The sales associate was extremely nice it just felt as though I was being rushed. She wasn’t going to give me a box or bag if I didn’t ask.

The wait time is to long not enough employees.

It was my first purchase and of course I will return, I also loved that the girl spoke Spanish that made having a better communication for my three purchases that day.

The sales associates Jamie was very polite & knowledgeable.

The line outside of the store. I waited for 45 minutes in line. People were cutting the line. The amount of people allowed in store at a time.

Even though I know the reason was for safety because of tbe pandemic.The wait in line outside of the store was very long.

Cheap packaging, the one they have before was better. Looks cheap.

My first Pandora visit was very satisfying, but not all merchandise was available. I wish u had a selection of gift boxes, bags,etc, @ no extra cost to wrap your purchase(s) in. For the most part a positive experience. MJF
