No one really helped us. Had to stand around for a while to get help. Had a complaint about a ring I purchased almost a year ago and the finish is starting to come off. I’ve never washed my hands, showered or slept with my rings on and I was told that’s not covered in the one year warranty when obviously it’s a product issue not user.

one of the doors to the displays would not open. associate said it was that way all day long on black friday.

The person who was helping me seemed as if she did not want to assist me in what I was looking for. I asked if they had the ring sizes so I could see what my sizes were instead she asked if I had a pa for ring which I did and she took it to find the size. But I wanted to see the size of another finger. It felt as if she did not want to further assist me and just get me out the way.

A couple of charms I wanted was not in stock nor was I able to find them

I wish the person that helped me didn’t make me feel rushed. I wish she would have helped me understand my options better since it was my 1st bracelet. I had to come back the next day and that worker helped more.

The visit was great Ashley F was very helpful and I will come back...she was able to show me what I ask for and made my visit great

They don’t have the size for bracelet, that I want it

i bought a necklace and i did not know the length. the employee did not inform me either. i feel as if the necklace is too short but it is pretty so i will keep it.
