The lady was very pushy and rude. It was my birthday and she rushed me and I didnt have enough time to really look. I wanted different charms but she was more concerned about making a sale rather than what the customer wants. Never coming back to town center mall at Cobb pandora store in kennesaw.

I have to bracelets that I have issues with and were unable to purchase individual pieces to make my bracelets usable. I lost one of the balls on my bangle and could not purchase replacements. My bracelet with the heart locket continues to get stuck and there is not a way to purchase a replacement piece(s). Expensive items with no options to repair.

Brought in bracelet and charms to be cleaned. The items still looked dirty after cleaning process. Not a very good cleaning process for such expensive jewelry

The associate had no personality and didn’t make suggestions. I had a specific need but she offered nothing extra. I probably would have purchased more charms

I was asked to wear a mask to enter store. There is no “mask mandate “ in our state and wish I could’ve just entered without one, but not a big enough deal to not make purchase.

Process of checking out/paying is ridiculous. Looking up each item in that book and then scanning with the “gun” is the longest process I’ve ever seen. You have no idea how I almost walked out and didn’t buy what I was purchasing. I’ve never been more frustrated and I’m paying you for this highly frustrating experience!!!

Stood in line for over 30 minutes just to get into the store. Wasn't able to browse the store. Basically it was, here's a few mother's day items to pick from unless you already know exactly what you want. Hurry up and choose because we have a line.

Sales person was pleasant but did not seem highly informed of different products. What she did not know, was not easily accessible to her. Experience was good but just not great.

I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped because the rest of the staff was in a meeting. However she was very helpful once I was finally taken care of.

I don’t seem to have much luck with the Pandora bracelets. I like the variety that has come out; however the same size does not necessarily fit me with each different bracelet, so I like to come in the the store, and try them on. The usual response is the store does not have the size I need in stock, but it can be ordered. Though I appreciate that, I don’t want to order without trying them on. This is exactly what happened on this visit. They didn’t have my size, and of course no one ever knows when it will be back in stock. A little frustrating.
