The experience was good but it took me over 30 mimutes to get in the store.

I wish we couldve browsed around the store instead of being stopped at the counter and asked immediately what we wanted.

The associates are not friendly at all.. I had to track one down to help me because some of them were to busy talking amongst them selves. The young lady that ended up helping me was great.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because this particular store was extremely hot. I’m not sure if it was all of the bright lights in the store or because I was wearing a face masks but I was literally sweating bullets. I visited a different Pandora location just about an hour or so earlier and that store was not nearly as hot inside. Other than that, the service was good and luckily I did not have to wait this time. The associate was also very knowledgeable!

The associate was very helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back for Christmas gifts.
