I was looking to purchase an item that has been discontinued.

It was good experience just nothing mind blowing about it to make me highly satisfied. It was cool

Came into your store the day before and the service was not good at all . Employee fail to recognize are greet me and another customer waiting.

The salesperson didn't seem to very helpful like my other experiences

Due to covid 19, There was a long line outside the door forming and I felt a little rushed to figure out what I wanted and make my purchase. The sales rep was still nice though.

My bracelet broke, You did not have a replacement available. Not even to order online.

Some of the merchandise I wanted was out of stock

The sales associate was nice and polite but was not knowledgeable at all on if the had merchandise or about the merchandise. Also my daughter is in a wheelchair and can't see the merchandise. It makes it very difficult to look.

There was a wonderful sale but the selection was very low. There were not a lot of options to choose from and not enough variety.
