Waiting in line

I purchased a sale item, the safety end fell and now my Bracelet doesn't work!

There was not enough inventory in charms to complete my bracelet. I had to wait in line outside of the store for 15 minutes. What I did get was 50% off but was still $50.

Associate was knowledgable and friendly. Each time I enter the store I am promptly greeted and my needs met. Good selection of Disney charms.

It is a good gift

They didn’t have the rings I wanted in my size They didn’t know when Pandora was going to send them 2 of the same sizes I couldn’t use my gift card for a purchase in store and purchase the ones u wanted have them ordered to my house on the same transaction because it was 2 different systems ...

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a clip that was out of stock (in store and online) so I ended up spending more money then I expected to. However, in the end my mother was happy with her new bracelet and that is what really matters.

they took much time to get us I am okay with it I know my friend, she will be very happy with the gift.

The sales associate Megan was very helpful and well versed with Pandora products.
