Being Mother's Day it was really busy. Had to wait a long time for a sales associate.

There were only 2 associates on the floor (who were both helping other customers) and I had to wait a while to be helped. I saw other associates come from the back, but none of them offered to help me. So my wait was longer than usual.

Didn’t see some to have a great variety of charms

The manger was very helpful with advice and sales.

a couple of the charms I was looking for were not available till after the sale. It is difficult sometimes to find some of the things that are in the books. I do not always check highly satisfied scores unless everything is above and beyond my wildest expectations.

Had an issue exchanging it first I had called corporate to get something done and a size and returned it we have bought the same ring and broken and turns black to be silver it shouldn’t do that this ring is very pretty but the person said they had many issues with this particular ring if this is the case y’all should change it

Only one sale person when I entered. Second sales person finally appeared after waiting. Started out kind of short, but ended on a better note.

I had to wait a very long time before being serviced. There was one sales associate and she was occupied with a customer when I walked in. She acknowledged me a few times but I still had Avery long wait before another associate came from the back to assist me.
