Pandora Jewelry

I was satisfied with my Pandora Experience. The staff were friendly. They were also quick.

Could use better selection of ear rings. Need more colored stone jewelry. more sales promotions.

The clasp on my bracelet broke but the warranty is only one year and I purchased it in 2016. I had higher expectations for Pandora jewelry.

I was looking for a specific pair of earrings which were not in stock. Otherwise, everything else was fine. The salesperson was very helpful.

Due to the sale a lot of items were out of stock so I ended up buying different things than I had planned but it wasn't a huge problem. Would have liked more options next time.

Sales associates were knowledgeable and patient.

LOVED THE STORE AND ASSOCIATE, BUT FINDING THE BEADS I HAD MARKED IN THE BOOK HAD SOME THAT COULDNT BE FOUND. I PURCHASED FOUR CHARMS AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I REALLY, HOWEVER, WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE ALL THE ONES I HAD CHOSEN ON LINE TO LOOK AT. THERE SHOULD BE AN EASIER WAY TO FIND THEM WHEN WE ASK THE ASSOC. IN THE STORE.

Very friendly and easy to get in and out

the store did not have the size bracelet I needed for my daughter. It’s a bracelet you’re promoting heavily now.

I was very satisfied with the associates, it just that she left me alone to look thru the book, and the two display case .
