The sales associate was very sweet and offered great assistance. The store manager not so friendly and not as knowledgeable as she should have been about the merchandise and store returns for my friend. They don’t have a lot of the items that I saw in the book.

I rings originally purchased were too big. We returned to the store to exchange them and the sales associate just acted as though she didnt want to be there. I didnt know my ring size and asked her to be sized, and she just sighed under her breath and walked over to the ring area. I tried on 4 sets of rings to find the right ones, and it felt like I was bothering her by continuing to go down in size. Finally finding the right size, we exchanged the rings and left. First time shopping in pandora, and wasnt "wowed" by the customer service at all.

The assistant doesn’t know the size and the price,

The experience wasn't bad, however, I have better service at other Pandora retailers. The salesperson wasn't as genuine as I would liked her to have been.

I was not greeted like other customers. No one said hello to me
