I'm rarely ever completely 100% satisfied with shopping experiences. There's always room for improvement! But overall, my experience was great!

I was upset because I was buying my daughter a gift and I found out that her sister had already purchased it and I went to the Cumberland location to make my return until I could figure out what out charm my daughter would want and I was told that I could not return it there because I did not purchase at that location which I found to be rediculous to send me all the way back to town center to make the return I travel all over and usually I shop at all of locations from Florida, to Georgia, and New York now I have to extremely careful about what I purchase for gifts or myself if this is the return policy

I had 2 other charms in mind but they were out of stock. Had to go with third option which was more expensive. Temperature in store was a little high due to the fact they were very busy.

It was mothers day and I felt you the store should have been properly staff to avoid long lines and there should have been more selections pre packaged selections for customers.

the store was busy because of mother's day sale. Expected ore sale items because I was not looking for mother's day gifts.

The sales associate was nice but she didn't know the products very well. She was not very helpful when I was trying to find a gift. She didn't offer me any suggestions or show me items I might like. She handed my a book and told me to look at it. I found a charm in the book and it was not in stock and she did not offer to see if we could order it or find another store with the charm. I live this product and was buying a gift for a special occasion. Just not thrilled with my service this week

This store is currently under renovation, and is displaced to a temporary store. It is dark, and cavernous and doesn't create a good shopping experience. Thankfully I knew what I was shopping for, but I would have liked to have looked at a couple of other items for upcoming birthday and anniversary, but I chose just to make my purchase. Megan, my sales assistant, agreed with me and told me that mall management wouldn't help with additional lighting, and one of the bar security doors was also stuck in place, and they wouldn't come to fix that either.

One of my rings constantly loses stones even though I don't wear cleaning, working out or sleeping. They will replace but did not have a replacement in the store. However I did purchase another ring! How come you don't have a Military Discount??
