Prices of the charms were not visible making it a difficult shopping experience

I bought a beautiful ring.

Pandora jewelry is beautiful. Just feel that the store is always crowded. Not enough space to accommodate guests. Would like see more affordable prices.

do not employee enough employee for the amount of customers in there. Also the store was stifling hot compared to other stores. They were constantly going to other draws to pull that I would like to see, causing me to shift to one side of the glass station to the other.

The store is very small and due to the amount of people there, it was quite cramped. I love looking at all the merchandise and I wish there was a way to have more on display. I had a good experience and enjoyed shopping there but wish the store was larger with more display space.

The sales associate treated me horrible she didn’t offer any advice for this being my first charm bracelet. I felt she wanted to hurry up and make a sale then move on to the next person. I didn’t feel comfortable so I wil not be visiting this particular store again. I will shop at a different one.

There was a long wait and very few associates to help.

I felt somewhat rushed due to the atmosphere. There wasn’t a lot of room to move around and look for more items.

The sales personnel where helpful and friendly. The sales personnel offered recommendations based on customer needs. The variety of in store selection was great at time of purchase.

Since you asked... We waited in line for approx. 20 minutes and then waited another 15-20 minutes to pay. I think there were 4-5 sales people and one person on the register.
