There was no bag large enough to hold the special holiday ornament and charm that I bought. I had to buy a bag at the Disney Store

During my first shopping experience at this location, the sales associate rushed me. She asked me did I have a bracelet in mind. I chose two from the catalog. Instead of being willing to let me view both bracelets, she asked me which one I liked most. Whichever one I chose, she only allowed me to view that one, but I was willing to purchase multiple bracelets. When testing the size of bracelet on my wrist, she chose one that I felt was too big. I asked her for a size down. While testing out both sides, I asked my husband which one looked more visually appealing. She interrupted and asked me "Which one do YOU like? It's up to you what is most comfortable for you." She seemed annoyed I asked my husband for his opinion. Her focus was rushing me to choose what I wanted and just closing the sale to move through the long line outside the store. She wasn't very friendly.

from the bat , no one had greeted me. sales associate were not paying attention. i had asked to clean my ring and my ring was not clean at all.

My bracelet was turning color and needed cleaning, she cleaned it but had to do it twice I told her I need them to replace my bracelet because Pandora guarantee there merchandise and I was told only for a year. And you don’t replace.
