The representative check her phone a couple times during the transaction and the customer service is just not the same as it was a few years ago

No associate greeted me when I entered the store, and instead of asking, “ How may I assist you?” The associate asked, “ Do you have any questions?” While there were other customers in the store, no associate made any attempt to make you feel as if they cared whether you bought anything or not. When asked a second time if I had any questions, I told the associate that I was interested in making a purchase . In addition, no attempt was made to wrap the purchase or provide anything more than the bare minimum of assistance.

The sales girl seemed preoccupied. Almost annoyed when I asked for help. I was there to purchase a charm, and she seemed to feel that I should know that your charms are spread throughout your store. I just moved from California. Our stores have multiple trays of charms to look through. This store only had 2 trays. The rest were spread out. I was trying to understand the store layout and she seemed busy with a project, so I was annoying her with my questions and need to have things taken out of cases. She wasn’t rude in her tone of voice. But her body language said it for her.

I was told my necklace would be replaced free but I had to buy a new one cause it was out of stock for a month. Not happy about all

The store wasn't too busy, there were other people helping a few customers.. we stood at the counter waiting for 3 different employees to stop talking about how much they wanted to go home before one of them offered to help. Then when she finally did start to help us, she was still chatting with the other girls instead of listening to what I was asking for. I had the same emoloyee last time I came as well. I just feel as though if they don't want to be there, then they shouldn't come. It was not a pleasant experience.

I went in excited and the associate didn’t seem the slightest bit enthusiastic. I had some charms I found online and was ready to purchase and she just kept saying oh we don’t have that one- without even trying to find some comparable. I did purchase but would have purchased more if the shopping experience wasn’t so dull. I will be purchasing through the website from now on.

I asked to purchase the cleaning kit. Online it showed as $15. She charged be over $30. I was in a rush but made mention to that to her that online I saw it was 15 and she didn't acknowledge. Come to fond out she charged me for an extra cleaning cloth and a clasp opener in my purchase which I didn't ask for. I noticed when I got home and was upset as the cleaning kit was exactly the price I thought she just threw extra things in my order without telling me.
