We waited in line outside the store for about thirty minutes because it was too full. When we got in there, we just felt so rushed it didn’t feel like a good experience. It was my first time and I left not knowing anything about my bracelet, so I struggled to open it for awhile. We just really felt impersonal and super rushed. I get it was busy, but they knew we had never been before. We couldn’t move or really look at anything in the cases, so I’m not even sure I got what I would have really wanted. I was really discouraged how many items the associate got out that were tangled or didn’t work properly. It made me think that the items were really cheap and we were getting jipped.

The reason I was dissatisfied. The employees are non informative about product. Most of the merchandise is never there. The employees are not friendly and do not treat customers correctly. When merchandise is unsatisfactory to customers, they do not offer to polish to make it more presentable.

The wait time to get into the store was ridiculous. When I finally made it into the store the sales associate acted as if she did not want to assist me.

Waited in a line that didn’t move for 20 mins even though I just needed to pick up my already purchased items. A representative told the line to shipped one way, so I was able to ask her if I could just pick up my items. She told me to come to the front of the line and I waited 10 more minutes there until I receive my item. Upon receiving my order, an item Was missing from my order. I asked if I could have gift receipts and the charms in a different box than the brace it was in and the manager told me that I could not have a gift receipt and did not want to give me another box. After waiting 15 more minutes for a gift receipt, I walked into the store to finish alleviating the situation and pick up the missing charm.

1. I was forced to wear a mask 2. The 2 items I was looking for were not available in store. I had to order 1 of the items online. The other was discontinued.

The lady help us was not helpful than on top that she rushed us out there went you go there you wanted look around than ask about grandparents charm she said we was out of them she acted like she did not want be there I do understand it was busy in there but she should us like family we spend over 230.00 we would got more

Why shouldn’t discounts apply to new items and where is this communicated to your customers? The sales associate was very friendly but your managers at this location At town center mall need to take a lesson in customer service and friendliness. Acknowledge the customer, say hello, this is basic customer care.
