The sale associate seemed to be rushing me along my process of selecting jewelry. The store didn't have a lot of charms or style bracelets I really wanted. Sale associate was knowledgeable about Pandora jewelry.

We had to wait in line to get into the store for almost an hour. Once we were in, the sales associate was not very nice or knowledgeable.

Standing inline outside store until sales person is avaible. I am handicap and stood 15 min . I would have like to look and wait for sales person

From the time I arrived in this store I was not acknowledge or helped until someone from the back office came out and helped me. I saw an item that I wanted July Birth stone and the price stated that it was $35 but the staff argued and stated that this item was incorrectly priced so I wanted to know why couldn't they honor the price I saw and they all saw and no one could give me a reason. I have worked in the retail business for over 10 years when an item is incorrectly priced stores I've worked for in the pass honor the price for that customer and then corrects the issue going forward. A report is then produced to justify the changining of prices for an item and is notated for management to review. The sales woman should have honored the price and corrected the issue after I left the store. The real price was $90 but that should have not been absorbed by me as the customer because of incorrect pricing strategies and tactics that this store has. Pay close attention to detail and honor the customer request especially when its not their fault! This item sat in the showcase at $35 while I was there and no one bothered to correct the issue.

There were 3 sales ladies in the store and only 2 customers including myself , I had to ask for help. After the sales associate seen that I was actually going to purchase something she did warm up but still the atmosphere there was not “ people friendly .”

I was extremely happy with the sales associate Rowan she was as kind as can be and amazing at helping fit the budget I needed for, however when I went to checkout she asked helped from the manager to help exchange the items but the manager Linsey had the worst attitude. I simply wanted to show her proof when I purchased the items but she went back and forth arguing with me. The manger then in front of me decides to be rude to the sales associate. So she finally fixed the everything .After getting more and more disrespectful attitude from the manger and the manager deciding to be rude to her employee I was finally able to leave.

There was just enough help at the store. 2 people helping others and another person at the door for a Saturday night you would think they would have more people working. I also asked the associate if someone could check us out cause we already knew what we wanted and just wanted to pay and she said no so we wait another 45 mins and and then we were next then she decided she wanted to help us. She said she couldn’t help us cause she couldn’t leave the front door why all of a sudden could she leave then. Just overall waiting for a hour for something is alittle to much for a Saturday night.
