When walked in I was greeted and the First Lady I talked to was super helpful she got my BROKEN necklace replaced super easy. I wanted to look at the 50% off merchandise and I was pawned off on someone else cause everyone was standing around talking about god knows what instead of the customers in the store. When the lady finally came over she was huffy about wanting to help like I was a burden to her. When I asked to see charms she just kept asking is that it, anything else you want. Just felt very rushed and that I was a burden for her to do her job.

Very simple. The fact that is took over 45 minutes to get in the store. Something has got to give, will not be doing that again.

There were two attendants chatting behind the counter and they were sporadically saying... We'll be with you shortly... one of them finally came over after about 20 minutes. There was no knowledge on her part, and she was more interested in "exploring" the charms with us rather than providing advice. Throughout the checkout process, she tried four different iPads and kept asking me to pay again on each of them... (I was trying to using Apple Pay) I was worried that my card would be charged every time. She asked one of the other girls for assistance and was told... a MasterCard can't be used with Apple Pay! Ultimately, I paid cash and walked away!

Three associates in the store. None were friendly and did not smile at customers they were servicing. Associate was speaking very low and made it hard for us to understand what she was saying.

The sales person did not seem to attentive and was careless about the questions or things I wanted her to show me. She was in quite a rush to finish the service. I did not like the attitude even i was willing to buy.

Bought my items online which said everything was available so was able to get a deal. Once arrived only parcial order was there and the associate gave me my order without knowing it was incomplete. When I asked about the item missing she do dint know and when she looked it up that’s when she told me one item was not in store. Another associate helped and in fact she had it in the store. I was given the option to buy it again because the order was taken off my first purchase but do you that error the discount did not apply. I had to purchase the entire items together to get the deal. I felt ripped off but I needed the gift for the next day so waiting was not an option.

The sales associate was more interested in her friend instead of the items I was trying to purchase. Her attention was not on me at all. She seemed in a rush to get me out of the store.

I don’t think the service I received was the best. I went in this same store about a month ago with my mom. I received a box and bag for my bracelet. I purchased a bracelet and charms and didn’t receive neither.
