This was our (Husband and myself) first time shopping at Pandora for our daughter. We felt very rushed. The associate talked very fast and it made us feel like we just agreeing to a buy so we can get it over with. I understand she does that everyday all day long but I remember her asking us if this was our 1ST Time shopping with them and we said YES!!! Well we spent $270 so for the next time first visitor slow down.

The staff was talking among each other while looking at me and my sister wait for the other two girls to finish helping the other customers when someone came over to help instead of greeting us ask us what we getting this store was the worst store I been in will never come back

I felt the salesperson were totally oblivious to other customers in the store. A simple response of someone will be with you in a moment or even eye contact and smile. Just acknowledge that a customer. I was in this store twice this week for gifts and the treatment was the same I will continue to use this store because of the location

Marianna A. #174488 had me waiting while she was on computer, told me someone will be right with you. Which it was her. I had a return. Marianna comments dang all of this. I just look at her. Her job isn't to comment on my return just do the return and ring up the 2 new items I want. She should think about what she says before saying it to a paying customer.

Customer service was horrible and was treated unkindly. Was exchanging a ring my brother bought that he No longer needed to one for my girlfriend. Sales associate was rude saying we needed to stop doing this. We were told we could exchange the ring no problem. Then the manager got upset saying it was past the return day but would do it this one time because the associate already said they would. After that they kept saying we can’t keep doing this having no idea what they were talking about. Felt very uncomfortable and not wanted in the store. My girlfriend was there with me and she did find a ring but the entire experience was not a happy and cheerful one. Was rushed and being talked about the entire time in the store. Just awful and sad as it should of been an exciting day. Will never go back!!!!

Sales Associate seemed like she did not want to be there. Just literally gave off the impression that me and my fiancé was bothering her by buying something from the store. Terrible customer service. We walked in she didnt even greet us as we entered the store. Keep in mind the store was not busy as there was only one other lady being helped by another associate. I wish i got her name. I hate people that hate their jobs and literally take it out on customers

Team members weren’t actively trying to help us, when we did pick out two rings they were paid for and we were given no packaging at all and had to wear them out of the store

Sales associate that helped me was extremely rude. If I am spending $300 in a store I expect to not be rushed. He acted like it was a bother to even help me.

I wasn’t greeted when walking into the store just looked at and never acknowledged. I came in just to buy and leave. I waited on a sales associate to free up to be helped, when she did I just stood there while she turned her back to me and pretended to be busy with an empty tray. I had to to say excuse me twice to get her attention. When I did she told me to wait because she was with another customer, which she wasn’t. Two ladies were browsing and she approached them to ask if they needed help or would like to see anything which they said no were just looking. I heard it so of course she turned back around and was like I’ll be with you in a moment. She went to help another employee for no reason really. The employee was checking a customer out and she went to grab the receipt for her and then stood next to her for a couple minutes. I waited... then she said let me put these rings away then I’ll help you.
