I could only try 3 rings Sales person was not friendly and seemed bothered by us asking questions.

I think for such a big brand Pandora could do more as far as customer service and getting products to customers. Many big name stores have the ability to have items from other stores sent over for pick up. A customer should not have to hop all over the city for one charm here and one charm there. I was also told I was better off ordering them myself than the store because it would take much longer. This is terrible service for such a big company with big prices.

The store did not have a lot of options...just not what I was use to....also the sales person didn’t have that charm about her...( to sell charms) sorry...

I was very happy with Megan and her assistance once we got up in the line. There was one lady standing outside not helping others and telling people to get back in line when someone ask her a question!! Very Rude and I have never experienced that at this store. I usually have a great experience. I will take my business elsewhere next special occasion. All the lady had to do was explain how the system worked for that day since the line was super long and no signs where hanging to tell what we needed to do!!!

I’m more disappointed with Pandora overall. I have thousands of dollars in pandora merchandise, the clasp on my bracelet is not staying shut and they would neither repair or replace the bracelet. This is sad considering how much I’ve spent on pandora through the years.

went to mall first day didnt not have bracelet to exchange for different size. next day still did not have my bracelet to exchange for different size after calling 1800 number to verify stock before driving 40mins to mall

The lady wasnt very welcoming or nice . Very cut to the chase “which ring , what size , heres your price , bye” i just expect better costumer service especially if im dropping $100 and need help deciding , she seemed very bored , her name was amanda.

I went in to get a charm for my niece. I looked at the Disney series and realized that they were somewhat pricey for what I wanted to spend. I settled on an angel that was $35, more in keeping with the budget I set. She was clearly disappointed that I didn't choose the pricier one- don't know if they receive commission. She was pleasant enough at the check out but not as friendly.
