The sales associate was rushing me and showed me 2 charms when I was asking to see different types of charms, didn’t tell me about specials that I wish I had known about. Didn’t help me find what I was looking for at all

The sales associate lied to me about the price. Then when I got up to pay they give me a much higher price. She asked the sales associate why did she give me that price and she told her but she just said she was sorry she was wrong.

Non of the merchandise I wanted was available and one of the rings I bought was not the size I asked for. Was visiting family I'm GA and bought for a gift and when I returned to I went to exchange they told me it was a discontinued item and not bought in the stage I wanted to exchange.

It was my very first time shopping at Pandora and I exchanged a charm I received as a gift and purchased another one for $125 only to find out AFTER the sale that if I shop the next week and spend $125 there's a sale and a promotion for free earrings. HORRIBLE service!!! This info should have been disclosed before the sale and not after, especially with the associate being very aware that this was my first experience with Pandora!! Very disappointing!!!

The magazine has ring sizes above an 8 (including size 10), yet non of the rings actually come in a size 10. So I was unable to purchase a ring to match the ones my sister and mom purchased.

I purchased a necklace with pandora and the clasp broke. Took to the store to see if I could get it repaired or replaced. The associate advise they can not do anything for me. I had to purchase a new necklace in the amount of $165. It's very disappointing because I've spent so much money with pandora. I will not continue to shop with you guys anymore.

I made a presale purchase on 11/17/22 which was paid in full. I returned to the store on 12/28/22 to pick up my purchase. I was informed it was returned to the sales floor. No call or email notification was made. Thw manager stated " you had a month to pick it up..."

Sales associate didn’t know the stock. She was unmotivated, mumbled even when asked to repeat herself still couldn’t be understood. She didn’t know how to put the charms on properly. Sung to herself….😳 Seemed like she didn’t want to be working and couldn’t be bothered. Hope she finds a job she likes.

I Placed an order online. However, I did not realize that the order was to be picked up within 3 business days. the sales clerk had to ask the manager on duty (Jamie) if she could honor the 3o percent discount that was applied when the order was placed initially. The manager was very rude matter of fact tone when expressing the number of days you have to pick up items ordered online. Was not interested in the customer knowledge of not knowing and understanding in the future to pay attention to the written information when ordering online.

The manager, Jamie was very rude and did not try to offer addition service or help to the needs of my issue as a returning customer.
