None of the staff wanted to wait on us. There were 4 people and no body even offer us any help. It was like we were not even there.

Upon walking in Ialot of people were there. Brianna a sales rep was very rude and nasty to a customer to the point I just walked out. She rolling her eyes clasping her nails together just unprofessional behavior and rude.

Associate was supposed to clean my bracelet and turned it yellow, then proceeded to blame it on me and manager basically did nothing but try to clean it 2 more times and it is still yellow..I'm so upset. I then asked for corporate number and submitted email with photos and received no communication what so ever after that. Meanwhile my bracelet is ruined and I cannot wear it.

Bought merchandise at Disneyland on a convention. The bracelet catches on the screw area and turning black. I lost receipt wanted money back because of quality. Had to purchase additional merchandise just to make it bearable to wear.

Don’t see the point of having an account to keep receipt on file if the associate won’t even look at the date to see if item could be returned or exchanged I had to show my paper receipt. After being told purchase was after 90 days. She never Apologized was just had a matter of fact attitude. made we’re human we make mistakes comment. When I asked did you not see my purchase date when you pulled up my account why was this made into a situation.. I left in a completely different attitude & mood than what I walked in with..

I purchased a bracelet 2019 I had to do an mri and was unable to get the bracelet off my wrist they had to cut it off my arm which I was told on my visit that, that particular bracelet was discontinued because if that reason, and was still not able to get a replacement. That's was a waste of my money.

As I walked in, I did not receive even a "hello" or an acknowledgment of my presence in the store. The had 1 guest at checkout. One sales associate was with a client checking out. The other was not with any clients. I looked around and waited for assistance. The sales associate finished with her customer and still did not come over to help me. I had to call the sales associate over to get the item I wanted. No one offered help or asked if I was looking for something in specific. For a store where someone is going to spend a good amount of money, the least the sales associates can do is be friendly and attentive to their customers. I bought the gift honestly because as a business owner my time is very limited and I could not go to another pandora store.
